1. To use the Site, you will need to register and create your User ID. When you register, you may be asked to provide information like your name, email address, and other basic details. You will be required to select OTP to log in to your User ID. You must treat your User ID and Password / OTP / any security-related information as confidential and must not reveal it to anyone else.

2. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of which you become aware. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your User ID, you must change the password directly. You must immediately notify us of any other breach of security. You are solely liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with your duty to keep such information confidential.

V.SECURITY MEASURES

1. To help protect the privacy of data collected through the Site, we employ reasonable security practices and procedures. We take all necessary security measures for data collection, which are consistent with industry-standard rules and applicable regulatory requirements. In addition, we take commercially reasonable steps to store specific data collected separately to protect such data against unauthorized access. However, the service as being operated on software, hardware and networks, any component of which may, from time to time, experience breaches of security or other problems beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any such breach of security or other issues beyond our control.

3.We use regular Malware Scanning for the Site.

1.We do not retain Sensitive personal data or Information longer than is required for the purposes for which the Information is collected and may lawfully be used.

IX.CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP

 In the event of a change in ownership, or a merger or acquisition by another entity, customer information may be transferred to the new entity or owner. All Registered Users will be notified within sixty business days of any change in ownership, merger, or acquisition by a third party.

X.PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY RELATED GRIEVANCE

Any discrepancies and grievances you may have with respect to data and Information collected, processing of information, confidentiality, and privacy issues shall be brought to our notice through the Grievance Officer. The Grievance Officer shall redress the grievances expeditiously and in all cases within one month from the date of receipt of the grievance.
